Some call them the "Prime Rib Of Ham",our Boneless Smoked Hams are cured and smoked to perfection, ready to be heated and served warm or sliced cold for sandwiches. This ham is a real treat and ample for at least 20 people. Whole hams are 12-14 lb. avg. Half hams are 6-7lb. avg. and will serve 10-12 people.
To Roast: Pre-heat oven to 300º F. Place about 1/4 inch of apple juice, Vernors ginger ale or water in bottom of roaster. Place ham in roaster, for half a ham cut face down, and cover. Place roaster in oven and heat for 1 1/2 hours for half a ham, 2 hours for a whole ham. Notice the delicious taste and flavor of our sugar cured smoked hams or follow your own favorite recipe, glaze etc.
To Fry: Slice to desired thickness and heat on medium heat a couple minutes each side. Be careful not to overcook.
