Fourth Generation Quality Smoked Meats

From the humble beginnings in 1913, Emil Plath, Sr., came to the United States with a dream and his recipe for "Kasseler Rippchen", or Smoked Pork Loin. Today Plath's Meats has grown to prepare the main course for hundreds of families throughout the United States. Each Christmas the market sends out thousands of pounds of meat (mostly smoked loin) to every state in the Union, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Plath's Meats continues today with the third & fourth generations of Plath's helping to create the renowned "Kasseler Rippchen," that has made the little market in Rogers City known throughout the United States. Learn more about Plath's rich heritage.
