Whole Smoked Turkey

Add Plath's Smoked Turkey to your next party menu for an impressive treat your family and friends will always remember. These juicy, tender 9-11 lbs. turkeys will make it simple since they are "ready to eat". Serve cold or warm. Cooking instructions enclosed. If lost, heating instructions are below:

Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 300º F. Remove from package. Pour about 1/4 inch of water into a roaster and place your smoked turkey into the roaster. Cover or uncovered is your option. Covered will give you a more moist finish to your turkey, uncovered will give you a crispy finish. Place your roaster, with the turkey, into your pre-heated oven and heat for approx. 2 1/2 hours. Using oven mitts remove your roaster from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before carving. Enjoy.

For the summer months and southern states, we will include in your shipping charges the cost of a reusable insulated carton and freezer gel packs. Plath's will ship your package via UPS either ground or UPS 3rd Day Select. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method to provide for delivery of your products in certain locations and based on weather conditions.
